• Financial support for training eg. Modern Apprenticeships through the Scottish Training Scheme, exclusively administered by Graphic Enterprise Scotland as an Approved Centre by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
• Participation in the Governance of the organisation through membership of The Executive Board, The Finance and Resource Group, The Training Group and ad hoc committees that act as Project Teams on specific topics affecting business development.
• Annual Negotiation of the National Agreement in Scotland with Unite, the union.
